(no subject)

I'm starting to think the "this society follows rules that are hopelessly fucked up and ruin people's lives, but we can't throw away the rules, because that would be chaos" thing is derived from some specific issue with Japanese culture. It shows up in everything from HeroAca to Psycho-Pass.
