In accord with Poe’s Law, everyone has Poe’s Breaking Point. They believe someone must be a troll because they refuse to live in a world where someone would say that seriously. The first time I saw someone break like that, it was in response to a claim that Neuromancer is just a lame Shadowrun ripoff.

The thing you couldn’t process as real is real anyway, and you can’t escape it. I think that’s called a SAN check.
