Now that I think about it, the Borg and the Seaborn and such are hives, but they’re not really minds to the same extent as my own Parasites. A drone has thoughts, even if they’re thoughts of serving the collective. A Parasite’s creations have no thoughts because the Parasite does all the thinking. It takes very specific circumstances for a Parasite’s bodies to be anything more than puppets moved by the Parasite.
