Ebenholz listing off ways in which RI might profit off of poor patient care is such a reminder that RI has never turned a profit. See also: the Rhine Labs manga when Dahlia comes to RI, and the employees talk about how they don’t have the money to treat everyone for free, and then they still end up treating Dahlia for free. What Terra really needs is socialized medicine.
