Oh come the fuck on, they were dead! One of them was shot by a gun that went on to blow a chunk out of the moon! And then they died again, and they had a grand send-off where they knew they were gonna die together and accepted it! The show opened on a survivor crying at a grave, and you're gonna bust in at the end with "actually, they're all alive for the next season"? This is not how you pay off a story about people sacrificing over and over to help others!
