In response to the anti-Sonicfox backlash

These people say they’re not TERFS, just women who are “questioning” how common trans people are. They also say Sonicfox, with his remarks about violence against TERFS, is threatening them and other women. That makes about as much sense as when David Irving denies the Holocaust and then says he’s not technically a Holocaust denier.

Yeeeeah, I've encountered similar TERF arguments before. At least once, I ended up exerting my trans male privilege to kinda short circuit the bullshit, since I KNEW they would NEVER say that I wasn't a woman and thus couldn't possibly be mansplaining to them.

It wasn't a pleasant thing to do, but a lot of the time, they bank on nobody from "their side" to defend trans women, so they can uphold their false binary of "eeeeeevil trans women attacking us poor innocent real women." And being a non-passing trans man proves handy for that, since TERFs overwhelmingly focus on trans women, because they're fucking assholes.
