To be clear, my objection to "Biden is the same as Trump" is the same as my objection to "Darkest Dungeon is a game so easy, all you ever do is move forward." Ys II is a game so easy, all you have to do is move forward, but Darkest Dungeon is not Ys II or anything like Ys II, so the statement is false. In the same sense, Biden is not similar to Trump. He may be a terrible candidate, but that's a much broader category than being Trump.
