I’m reading posts about how even if your job specialization has nothing to do with negotiations, you still need to learn how to negotiate salaries, and it makes me want some specialized person you can hire to negotiate your salary for you. Maybe this is a job for union heads? Get a union head who does negotiation and knows nothing about programming to make sure all the programmers get paid.

Most of the species in Scrapyard Station are in some way cute. The Riders are cute when they’re happily singing to themselves, the Builders are cute when they get scared and roll up in balls, and so on. So what can I write that’s cute about an amphibious dragontaur?

Another thing I think my skillset is useful for: I would be good at pointing out policies and structures that are offensive, discriminatory, or exclusive for one group or another. “This mandatory video training has no closed captioning” and such.

To me, the most surprising thing about the latest Arknights controversy is that people think of Hoederer as white. Arknights characters have real-life nationalities, but I was joking when I talked about them having real-life races.

Username [BNF]isapedophile apparently blogs about Star Wars. I feel like this is a bad handle to use for your day-to-day blogging, because if you get distracted by getting mad at [BNF] while posting about Star Wars, Star Wars won’t make you happy anymore.

(Also, I’m pretty sure [BNF] just made some shipping post you didn’t like.)
