FFXIV fishing still sucks

An expansion pack introduced fish that can be caught regularly or by mooching. These can be found in the same fishing spots as fish that can only be caught by mooching. So you try over and over to catch a mooching-only fish, and the either-or fish keeps stealing your bait.
