Aug. 31st, 2025 04:28 amWhen I made an (unfortunately corrupted) game, I had an idea about dialogue. When you talk with an NPC, and it brings up multiple dialogue panes, that means talking with the NPC another time will bring up further dialogue. When they only respond with one dialogue pane, that means they have nothing else to say. This lets you distinguish which NPCs to not bother talking to again, and is also the key to a secret.
This post brought to you by Dyztopia, which does nothing to indicate which NPCs to keep talking to, but has a missable character you only get by talking to them repeatedly.
