feotakahariCriticizing the Onion, part 1. It’s not that people believe in ”smart, qualified folks working behind the scenes to keep America safe” because they need the reassurance. It’s that folks claim they’re keeping America safe, so if they’re not smart or qualified, what the hell are we paying them for?
