A secret government organization that works with forbidden magic. People who can use these spells usually turn into homicidal cultists, so it takes specific training to handle them safely. Agents learn how to believe in contradictions, to hold each belief required for a different spell, and also to hold beliefs that guide them to kill unauthorized users of those same spells. Each agent has a mind with many compartments, so the organization is called the Bureau.
