This is one of those settings where being a Taoist gives you magic powers. The main character is a rationalist who despises religion and superstition, and I think he was a former member of a group that opposed Taoists politically. He still uses Taoist powers, because they’re not superstition if they work. I lowkey love this.

It’s funny how in FFXIV, you’ve got one guy who struggles for years to revive a dead person ethically, and he only manages it for a few seconds. Meanwhile, you don’t seem to need much knowledge or talent to revive one person by murdering several dozen.

Need someone who knows Arknights lore to explain what the fuck is going on with the Iteration Provident timeline. My best guess is that Skadi the Corrupting Heart somehow stole Tragodia’s power and used it to create a fairy wonderland.

Also, I need to see how Iris turns out in this timeline.
