The fundamental mistake of sovereign citizens is that they think pointing out a legal violation will make cops and courts stop violating the law. You can point out that you were arrested improperly, and the judge can say “screw that,” and if higher judges agree, then whether you were actually arrested improperly is irrelevant. So what they need is to get sovcits appointed as judges.
