Thinking about how “character designs reflect personality” tends to mean “the lazy character is fat,” and I’m wondering what else we could do with it. Like, a doctor who’s passionate about wiping out plagues, and he has pockmarks from a past illness. Or a dragon-themed character who has a “scaly” skin condition.
