Saw that post about how you should teach kids the language of “their culture,” meaning the language you think of when you think of their ethnic group. Your genes don’t determine what language you should speak or what culture you should have, and thinking they do is just as dangerous as thinking there’s a genetic line that’s “meant to obey.” Race isn’t actually a thing, and I thought we agreed on this in kindergarten!
