I won’t even bother to name the game

I think I’m developing a negative reaction to the concept of plot twists, or at least the concept of using your plot complications in a “twist” manner. There’s some odd banter back and forth about whether the protagonist is a “monster,” and he clearly knows more than he’s letting on. Will he turn out to secretly be evil? Well, the game description says “not everything is as it seems,” so I’m sure there’ll be a whole bunch of faffing about until suddenly there’s a “shocking reveal” I didn’t have enough evidence to call out.
