The new Arknights event is glorious, because the characters keep giving these badass speeches where they take apart another character’s motivations or show the way to the future they dream of, and then they get taken apart too. No one gets out of this unscathed, and everyone has their flaws laid bare, but even the characters I hate get some amazing lines. I’m particularly fond of Arturia describing her vision of a utopian hive mind, and the Witch King countering that Arturia’s about as far from a hive mind as a human being is capable of, even more than the average person is different from a hive mind.
