I love how the villains are, like, evil Buddhists or something. They’ve reached enlightenment and tapped into the fundamental energies of the universe, and it made them decide to commit genocide. Is this what cosmic horror looks like when you don’t think in terms of ”gods”?

Spare some sympathy for the composers who had to put all that effort into soundtracks for arcade machines, knowing full well the only thing players would be able to hear was the one thousandth repeat of the Dance Dance Revolution attract mode.
