Let’s not go full Death Note here. The core PT are still basically the same people as before. They probably still pick up Yusuke, taking vengeance for his mother’s death. But they miss out on Futaba, and probably Haru. Maybe Mishima gets a palace and subsequent Persona. Or maybe the violence ironically makes Goro relate to them more, so he ends up joining for real. It would be bitterly funny if a vengeful Haru ends up as the conspiracy’s replacement for Goro, not knowing (and later not believing) the conspiracy also wanted her father dead.
The biggest question is whether they can beat Yaldabaoth. I’m really not sure how that plays out.
