I’m mad at people on Tumblr again

I’m aware that there are people trying to commit genocide against Jews. But now that the USSR is gone, I’m not aware of any extant group committing religious genocide in the name of atheism. So claiming atheists want to commit genocide against you is poor threat management. Especially since it plays into the hands of Evangelical Christians, who use “atheists want to commit genocide against us” the way white people use “black people want to commit genocide against us.”
