Nightmare can see through Manticore’s invisibility. Manticore has no idea how she does this, and she finds it highly unnerving.
At the moment, Mountain’s parents are in prison because of Rhine Labs. At some point in the future, they both die, and he quits Rhodes Island because “I will not implicate you all in what I am to do next." (Also, it sounds like he might have already killed Muelsye at that point? I really hope Ifrit doesn’t know about this.)
Midnight made some kind of in-universe “promotional video” for an annihilation operation. I have no idea how or why RI would promote that.
I don’t really know what happens in Bolivar in the future, but my conjecture is that Kroos and Beagle are on one side and Fang is on the other. Beagle refuses to let Fang pass, so Fang kills Beagle and Kroos kills Fang.
Despite its unnerving appearance, Mostima’s weird demonic thing stands alongside Emperor and the High Priest in the rare category of immortals who don’t want to start shit.
