The problem: X is considered okay for white people, but mocked for black people.
The proposal: tell white people not to do X.
The expected result: black people will stop being mocked for X.
Can’t say I see the logic.
(Okay, it can be more nuanced than that. Like “it becomes trendy for white people to mimic how black people talk, and then the trend is over and black people who’ve been talking like that all along are treated like they’re chasing a stale trend.” But if white people never talk like that, then black people are treated as “talking weird” instead.)
