feotakahariLast night’s dream: the Joker wrote a manifesto about the pains of life and the freedom that comes from nihilism. Its arguments made little sense and even contradicted each other, but there was a surprising amount of emotion to them, and people started to say the Joker had the right idea.
Bruce Wayne released a personal piece about the loss of his parents, his struggles with depression, and why the Joker’s worldview ultimately wasn’t worth it.
Cut to the rest of the Justice League baffled that Batman would speak out like this under his “brainless rich guy” persona. His defense was that he only had so many identities prepared, and this would make even less sense coming from Matches Malone.
