Part of last night’s dream: a shapeshifter whose human form was very short. I tried and failed to keep up with her as she rushed ahead of me in dog form. I strongly suspected the reason she put so much effort into learning shapeshifting was to turn the tables on tall people like me, who she would otherwise have had to exhaust herself to keep up with.
