If demons are spiritual beings, they presumably don’t need to poop, so they don’t have the context to be disgusted by poop. That means a demon with a scat fetish wouldn’t be gross to another demon. It would simply be seen as strange, like how humans with an oviposition fetish are seen as strange by other humans.

Alternatively, they might see embodiment and contact with bodily substances of any sort as gross and so see scat as no worse than, or better than, liking semen or physical contact.

Depends on the demon, I guess. The succubus/incubus myth, at least, depends on embodiment.
