You know that thing where there’s supposedly a person who “eats healthy” and gets benefits from it, but you never actually get those benefits, and no matter what you do, there’s always something people can point to as a reason you’ve failed and aren’t “eating healthy”? Like some sort of original sin thing? Anyway, I think there’s a similar story going on with the person who supposedly has a “healthy sleeping cycle.”
