I like to say that you should look at things rather than trying to deduce them from pure reason. The problem is, say, that woman who said she’d looked at children and seen that they’d forgotten how to smile because masks covered their mouths. Maybe some people need to look harder.

That lady's problem sounds like she sees what she wants to see to satisfy her own (anti-mask) agenda instead of like... what's actually there.

Seeing is good, but I think when it comes to people's experiences, listening is better.
