It’s not racist against Mexicans. The developers are European; they’ve probably never met a Mexican. They only wrote it that way because they expected their American audience to be racist enough to buy it.
It’s not racist against Japanese people. It’s a ‘70s throwback. That’s how Japanese accents were written in the ‘70s.
It’s not poorly written. It’s mimicking the style and subject matter of a post on a paranormal conspiracy forum in the ‘90s. Back then, everyone who posted on those forums wrote like that.
And one that kinda did:
It’s not over-the-top sexual dimorphism. They’re based on real people who actually look like that.
