The robots and the one good human are nauseatingly good, and the other humans are cartoonishly evil on the level of Umbrella Corporation. Neither of them feel like people. I almost want to call it self-congratulatory--”look how our trans lesbian robots are pure victims of selfish violence, just like we’re pure victims of straight white guys’ selfish violence!”

Salt and Sanctuary will be free on the Epic Game Store on December 29th. S&S is a great game, and the idea behind the villain is incredibly creative.

It’s weird how Gloomhaven has every core class from 3rd edition D&D except Monk. It doesn’t seem like an equipment issue, since you can already do stuff like give a rogue (“Scoundrel”) a warhammer or put a sorcerer (“Spellweaver”) in plate mail. I guess the Earth mage (“Cragheart”) kinda fills the unarmed niche?

(Yeah, the names are all kind of weird. Your bard is a “Soothsinger.”)
