Superpowers are mostly the domain of teenagers. But the government has decided they don’t want their superpowered enforcers to age out that fast, so folks with powers are given hormones that stunt their growth.

However, there are a few power-users who aren’t discovered until they’re adults, and they fight alongside the perpetual teens.

Some dialogue indicates that it’s normal for the adults who look like adults to date the adults who look like teens.

This fandom is gonna be fun.
