If an “orange drink” isn’t legally orange juice, then does that mean a “Slurpee drink” isn’t legally a Slurpee?

technically you should argue that orange drink isn't legally an *orange*. which i'm sure it isn't.

I once saw ice cream with “chocolatey chunks.” I couldn’t find the actual word “chocolate” anywhere on the ingredient list.
