Concept I’ve been tossing around for if I ever rewrite my worst story: trans woman who has a religious objection to cosmetic body modification. Not to cosmetics—she loves her blue lipstick—but to modifying the body directly with hormones or surgery. She doesn’t see anything contradictory about being femme and proud with a so-called “male” body.
