I’m not sure if this is the right wording, but there doesn’t seem to be a space for people to understand what I mean when I say I don’t respect cultures. They can’t wrap their heads around the idea that any person could possibly not have a culture they respect, so they assume I must respect American culture and want it to replace all other cultures.
