I'm playing Code Vein
Oct. 19th, 2019 03:45 amIf there’s a message to Code Vein so far, it’s “when you can’t choose to live, you can at least choose how to die.” There are characters who take risks in order to try to help people, and their luck runs out, and they die. There are characters who do everything they can to save themselves, and it’s not good enough, and they die. There are characters who keep trying and trying for their own sake, but they’re sick of abandoning others, so they finally try to save someone, and both of them die. In the end, the difference comes down to how happy they were--whether they died alone, cursing the futility of their efforts, or together with the people they cared about.
